Disabled man swallows poison in Job Centre protest in bid to take his own life - and then is charged with possessing a chemical weapon

David Rollins said he was facing the prospect of losing half of his 'already stretched income' when he decided to try and take his own life at a Job Centre in Leicester on June 23 this year.
