Disabled Home Affairs employee alleges bullying and assault by superior, faces disciplinary action instead

Nozipiwo Magabuko, 51, who is wheelchair bound was slapped with a notice for disciplinary action after her director is alleged to have bullied, harassed and assaulted her.
