DILG says CARHRIHL not proper legal framework for Masbate landmine attack

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Friday called on Makabayan Bloc to stop citing the Comprehensive Agreement on Respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Laws (CARHRIHL) as basis for bringing the persons behind Sunday's landmine attack in Masbate to justice.
