“We just found it a minute ago,” said Gibeault, holding up an old small toy gun. “It was buried down about eight inches in the ground.”
The pair’s visit to Cornwall was two-fold — sure, they wanted to do some metal detecting, but they had also come to receive their second COVID-19 shot. Motivated to go outside during the seemingly endless COVID-19 pandemic, the two have been pursuing their metal detecting hobby since last July.
