Different pay scale based on difference in educational qualification and experience not violative of Article 14: Supreme Court

The Court noted that such classification does not violate right guaranteed by Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution nor does it violate the constitutional protection against hostile or arbitrary discrimination.
