Dickinson and NDDOT confirm need for traffic signals at critical Hwy 22 intersections

As part of a broader initiative to update aging traffic signals, for improved safety and efficiency, the city has announced their plan to retain traffic signals on 2nd, 3rd and 9th Streets.
