DHHR lawsuit in Clarksburg boy's death allowed to continue | Legal Affairs

Last July in Clarksburg, Nate Layfield, 10, was shot and killed by his father, Terry Layfield, who then shot himself. The boy’s mother is suing West Virginia’s Department of Health and Human Resources, saying CPS could have prevented the boy’s death.
