HALLE (SAALE) / MUNICH, GERMANY, 29 January 2021 - the Board of Directors (
Board) of Vivoryon Therapeutics N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: VVY; NL00150002Q7) (
Vivoryon) announced today that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (
EGM) on Friday, March 12, 2021. The EGM will take place virtually.
