Devon Taylor Sentenced for Role in Burglary Ring Including Pepper Spraying Homeowners' Dogs

A man who was part of a residential burglary crew that San Diego prosecutors say targeted 43 homes and took more than $1 million in cash and jewelry has been sentenced to nearly 64 years in state prison.
