CLEVELAND, Ohio — Developers behind a controversial new apartment building in Cleveland’s Little Italy plans to turn the inside of a historic mansion known for decades as a restaurant and bed and breakfast into more apartments for the East Side neighborhood.
Michael Panzica and Brad Nosan want to add 12 or 13 units inside the Baricelli Inn building at Cornell Road and Murray Hill. It was last home to the Washington Place Bistro & Inn, which closed in May.
