Developer Lou Pektor brings lawsuit claiming Slate Belt residents, their lawyers have created 'frivolous' legal roadblocks to River Pointe project

Lou Pektor and associates behind the proposed River Pointe Logistics Center are suing six residents and a law firm representing them over “ongoing and frivolous litigation” to fight plans for the business park in Upper Mount Bethel Township.
