DeValkenaere to wait in Missouri prison while court decides if he can go free on appeal

Eric DeValkenaere is to be taken to a Missouri prison before a panel of judges decides on his bid to be released on bond pending a new appeal, according to state law. But it’s unclear when he will be moved.
