Detroit Mayor Duggan names DPD veteran as new deputy mayor

Mayor Mike Duggan announced on Wednesday the selection of Todd Bettison as Detroit’s new deputy mayor, replacing incumbent Conrad Mallett, who was confirmed as City Council’s new corporation counsel.
