concerning thing she said is that this conservatorship is bad for her mental health, which is the opposite of what it's supposed to serve. she said it's toxic, bordering on criminal, cries herself asleep. this is abuse. this is designed to help her be independent and get back on her feet. but she didn't know what her rights were going into it and she said that. it sounds like she received a new lawyer, that lawyer made her aware of her rights which her lawyer should have been doing all along. and she went to work saying i want this to end. this isn't designed for a young able bodied person who's been active for the past 13 years while she's been under conservatorship. >> what's the other side of the story? is there a claim this conservatorship is for her safety? they were concerned about her mental health? are there imes involved?
