he looked into the press box -- sorry, the juror box which the press sits in here in this federal courthouse when there's actually no jury sitting. in addition to that, epstein seemed to kind of smirk and scoff at the notion that somebody who may have worked for him, defense investigative attorney tried to run one of his accuser's father off the road. that's something that prosecutors put in a filing and reiterated to the judge today. so basically again to recap, jeffrey epstein pleaded not guilty to the two counts that he's been charged with today and indictment that was sealed this morning and in addition to that, we have to wait here a couple days to figure out what his defense team proposes that's a legal thing they're allowed to do propose a bail package 2:00 p.m. on thursday we'll be back here at federal court to hear whether or not he's going to get that bail package or whether or not he'll be held and detained until trial. >> so news there from tom, stephanie gosk, i know you have been covering this from our news room at 30 rock.
