impact from this storm. >> what's your great ev concees at this moment? >> the greatest concern is, you know, we look at the rainfall, we look at the power outages and trees. when i look at this, i mean, 50% of the fatalities in these tropical systems is storm surge. these are values we're looking at potentially above ground. >> what does that mean, values? >> values in feet of storm surge. i mean, that's an incredible amount of water. this whole area is an incredibly vulnerable to storm surge. mainly the shape of the coastline and the shallow waters off the shore. so it piles up. and it keeps piling up. not only just on the coast, it can move miles inland along your rivers. >> so if it's the shape of the coastline, if it's as governor rick scott say the this thing could move fast and it's dangerous, what is your message to residents? because we know time and again so many locals simply don't want to leave and they say this is hurricane season, we're used to it, what do you say to them?
