about life-threatening conditions. then a category 2 storm saturday 8:00 a.m. it moves into south carolina, that's a big difference from yesterday. it moves to the south and we're going to see rain there as well, some flooding rain, some destruction in a lot of spots. we do of course have advisories in place. there are hurricane warnings in red. that's where we are expecting hurricane force winds, storm surge heights. we cannot stress this enough. this is where things get very life-threateni life-threatening. we are looking at 9 to 13 feet of storm surge and that means a wall of water that moves on land. that is what we're expecting. we have high tide thursday 11:30. we're going to add that and that's very serious. we're going to see water into houses that are maybe on stilts. by friday morning this will be the worst of the storm surge, 11:46 in many spots up and down the coast here.
