the united states or the most senior north korean in 20 years. he really is kim jong-un's right-hand man. he was literally at his right hand at the weekend summit with south korea's president moon. so he has the authority to negotiate in new york or washington or wherever it turns out to be to negotiate on behalf of kim jong-un. these really are senior north koreans. so you've got the former intelligence chief. you know, at the dmz, you've got north korea's top american expert and in singapore, you've effectively got kim jong-un's chief of staff. he, as you say, is going to be negotiating with joe hagan. that is on the logistics of the summit, you know, how the press gets access, where they walk, where they talk and so on. but it really does seem with these three tracks that north korea is deeply, deeply engaged in this, stephanie. >> all right, i want to bring my panel in on this. christopher hill, former
