investigation. it will be interesting to see what he tells you this afternoon. back on the emmett flood thing, i worked with him in the white house, he's a very tough lawyer, and he's got a phd from the university of texas, this is a serious move by the trump effort to defend him. we'll see what happens, this is a real serious play. >> well, by that description is he a conservative lawyer? >> well, look, i mean he'sre represented bill clinton in the impeachment matter and so he's represented a wide range of folks, what he is a real tough, smart, hard working lawyer who's going to, you know, really put the screws to the mueller investigation and you know, make it tough for hthem and really defend his client and so we'll see how it plays out.
