bso, the other law enforcement officers, we see them there outside, those in the command structure, this is something that is obviously a worst case scenario which something they train for, a tremendous amount of time. the broward county school board and all of our schools in south florida have had information that they give out to students about how to handle this kind of situation. you never want to have to do this in real life. but unfortunately it is playing out here today. that looks like obviously a distraught parent trying to get some information -- >> i have to interrupt you right now. we're looking at these images the first time. forgive us. you can see an upset mother trying to get more information on maybe her child inside the high school she's trying to get in touch with. we understand how upset she is. the governor is on his way, governor scott is on his way to the scene. we expect him to arrive soon
