i go whether or not we will reach 90% by the 25th of december. that seems to be at this point an unrealistic goal. we are graitful for the amount of linemen that are there and the tremendous work that is being done on the ground but it is very, very slow. as you know, ali, anywhere else in the united states this would not be tolerated. >> in puerto rico and in the virgin islands, different situations but similar problems in that the electrical grid before and perhaps after repairs is not going to be able to withstand the type of hurricane that we just went through. >> you are absolutely right. you know, we lost 100% of our grid on four islands. and it's -- the matter of trying to repair that right now. those places that were underground before the storm were able to come up within a week's time. and we we've really been pushing congress for funding not just to be able to rebuild the grid as it was but to think smarter and rebuild it. i'm graitful in this
