really understand like 87 million people in the middle class will have their taxes go up. that 13 million people will lose their health care. that virtually everyone else who pays health care premiums will see their premiums going up wiping out any virtually any gain they see from this bill. getting rid of alternative minimum tax and dutying the corporate rate, and cutting the top tax brackets, all of that, the only people benefiting are the richest americans. that's why we call it a tax scam. this is not reform of any kind unless you think reform is ripping off the federal treasury for those at the top. >> senator, this is katey tur, do the democrats have any say? >> yes. we have 98 says. we think it's just wrong. we want to see this nation have a foundation where families thrive. that means we invaes in
