and the testimony he gave back in the spring and early summer before the senate is that he's a terrible witness. i mean, this is just an individual who sort of fumbles around, he doesn't recall things, either aspects of his testimony that sound confused. he doesn't sound like an attorney general, at least when he's testifying the russia matter. you know, as far as mueller's concerned, you know, that could make him an individual who sort of needs to be left on the sidelines in this thing. he can't really been used. he's not really helpful for the president or mueller's investigation. and one wonders if there isn't a little bit kind of a bumbling routine going on here. put yourself in that kind of do not recall position as a witness and you become sort of useless to everybody and that's a way of sort of keeping yourself out. >> always helpful for our purposes, samuel buell, thank you so much.
