but also at this point like the background check is like, that's just what you do. >> it's what we do. we keep paper records, the atf for 20 years. we cooperate with federal, state and local regulations. we do what is right by our conscience. if we had somebody that may even pass a background check and we still think this just doesn't feel right, we're probably going to turn them away. we had an incident awhile back that one of our people here just eluded to a minute ago, we had a young fellow that came in and had bandage on his head just beaten up and wanted to buy a gun and we said no, sorry. come back in three or four days when you cooled off and maybe we'll talk to you. you don't -- you have to be a psychologist and a good judge of people to actually be behind these counters. you just don't sell somebody something. you know, what is your need? are you going to use it for? why do you want it? those are the questions i ask on a daily basis.
