better with the ideas that come from o members. it's not mortally wounded here going into my budget committee, and i would say that we don't want to have people -- the american people suffer any more. i come from a state where there was a 63% increase in premiums last year. we have two-thirds of our counties that only have one provider. that's not choice. that's a monopoly. and we have places in east tennessee where there are no providers left on the plan for those that are on medicaid for the exchanges. so let me just say that my constituents are suffering and they're saying help us out. this is a failed plan, and we're going to rescue them, put more patient centered in place that will help them have an opportunity what they want at a cost they can afford. >> you heard kasie talk about this. if four republicans end up joining democrats to vote against this legislation tomorrow, the bill is dead. at this point. 24 hours away. are you confident this bill is going to make it through budget?
