three recent poll, monmouth, nbc poll online, and u yougov poll, you would have qualified port debate. do you think there's a motivation here in not having you on the debate stage i'm given the exit of two candidates, jeb webb and lincoln chaffy in recent weeks? >> i'm not sure the motivation. the frustration is, you know, there is an issue that is not on that debate stage, that none of the people are talking about the debate stage. when you into deuced me tonight you said i wanted to talk about campaign finance reform and that's certainly the way people understand this campaign. but it's actually something much more fundamental. what the issue is that i want to talk about is the core corruption, the crippled and corrupted institution at the core of our democracy, which is congress, which makes it impossible for these candidates to be able to do any of this things they're talking about unless we find a way to address that crippled and corrupted institution.
