attachment to our filing and it's from the court reporter saying that they thought in error that the judge had ruled that the deposition itself could be released. and even there, it's incredulous because the court reporter should have then contacted both parties before releasing it and did not. that's the circumstance that we're faced in. and it's a circumstance where we have parties who entered into an agreement and now that agreement hasn't been kept. and we have to go to a magistrate judge per the agreement and figure out exactly what will happen next. all in all the attorneys involved in the los angeles case want to make sure that we don't get a repeat of the same. where oopses lead us into situations. we want to make sure that those rules actually stay in effect. >> all right. well, we shall see if that
