interest which was the offer on this shop right now. no one knows i'm getting an offer on the shop so i haven't looked at it yet. i think anything over 4 million for this one store would be exciting to see. wow. it's right around the ballpark that i was hoping. numberwise, but the terms are not what i love so i'm going to counter or i move on and i keep going. >> welcome, sir. >> what's going on, joseph? >> this whole industry is extremely fascinating just because the demand really is is bigger than the supply. don't have our own way to increase the supply. really the only thing we can do is raise the price so very tough ball game we're trying to play here. we purchase all the edibles from outside companies. they also are fighting to keep up and we're trying to with them figure out how to keep their products on the shelf.
