talking about the tools to give our children, no matter where they are in america, the right tools to compete worldwide. >> congresswoman sheila jackson lee. >> we have breaking news out of laguardia airport in queens, this is a picture of terminal c. that is where travelers and you can see lots of them gathered there outside the terminal, travelers at terminal c have been evacuated. the port authority is describing it as some sort of smoking bag. again this is initial reporting here, according to federal sources at laguardia, there's a smoking piece of checked luggage that triggered the precautionary evacuation. there was a good deal of evaporation on the tarmac, the nypd bomb squad is on the way. at this point we should add that the bag never made its way on to a flight. we're going to continue to follow this. terminal c at laguardia has been evacuated.
