look like a lot of kids right now, the message of the events is as mainstream as anything gets in american politics today. joining us now, democratic bolster jeff. thanks for joining us tonight and figuring this out. >> thanks for having me. >> the idea of changing the tax structure so millionaires don't pay less tax than other people bears out very, very, very, very, very well across the political spectrum. does it translate into support for the democrats who where proposing that idea? >> it does. and i think this is a quality fight because it's the kind of fight that drives those numbers you were talking about earlier about who's on the side of the middle class. republicans say this is class warfare. the middle class understands they've been under siege for years. they want to make sure somebody else is sharing a little bit of the burden and the republicans are putting themselves on the side of big corporations and the wealthy in part because that's what they believe but also in part because they have to cater
