good morning, everybody. i'm thomas roberts. a verdict has been reached in 18 of the 20 counts in the corruption retrial of former illinois governor rod blagojevich. this was a unanimous decision on 18 of the counts. however, they cannot come to be a agreement on two of the counts. let's go over some of the charges though. they include wire fraud. they include attempted extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion, soliciting bribes and conspiracy to solicit and accept bribes. in flaggo's first trial they were deadlocked after delating some 14 days over a three-week period of time. they agreed to only one sole charge out of that, that bravo had lied to the fbi. we are hearing from our affiliate in chicago that a verdict is going to be read coming up in two hours. 1:30 p.m. eastern time, but, again, that the jury has come to be a unanimous decision on 18 counts. however, they cannot come to an agreement on two of the counts against the former governor.
