that was their allegation, that's what they say happened in the beginning. don't in they have to prove that? wouldn't case be a person to prove that? >> exactly. and you know, it's like the old i love lucy shows, casey, i think we've got some 'splaining to do, you know, she's got some explaining to do. and the reality in this case is that this is just a terrible tragedy. i have been to the scene, we went over with my partner meg strictler, we went over to the place where the body was found, and you just really get the impact of this case. and if -- quite frankly, on the last four counts she's dead in the water, guilty, my opinion, this is an argument over the first three counts, the first count, whether she ends up with first-degree murder or not. she's got a risk, though. i think the defense is trying to basically keep her away from
