them at a nightclub out partying, dancing, and they've shown pictures in the courtroom of scantily clad women as they were getting together and dancing, and asked questions like, well, did she seem like she was bothered by anything? did you get in the car with her? did you smell anything? the answer, no, by one of her friends. that was a big surprise, i think, the defense not sure they were going to get that. in florida, there are no huge surprises as the trial comes out because florida has something called discovery. everything is made public. in this case, more than 25,000 pages of documents and evidence. so it's an overwhelming amount of discovery that's taken place here. but the defense and the prosecution soul know what everybody's going to say because, as you knowing a lawyer should only ask a question that he knows he's going to get the answer that he wants.
