obviously to screen every single transaction, there are some easy steps you can take to protect your business from stolen or fraudulent credit card scams. here with tips on what to watch out for is james, president of the association of certified fraud examiners. it is great to see. >> did you thank you for having me. >> i'm not entirely sure if i just quickly looked at a credit card. i would be able to tell if it were a good fraud. so what are some telltale signs? >> that's one of the reasons it is important you train your employees to look for the obvious. misspellings, ghost images on the credit cards where it looks like they might have pressed it flat and reembossed it. another important area is the hologram. you know, they come and install -- part of the credit card from the credit card company. but after market people will put them on much like a statement open a letter. you raised the credit card where you look at it from the side and see if there are edges around it. >> you see if the customer takes
