there is no predictability and what we're going to be doing because we keep changing the rules on them, and the other thing that is, that confidence that we're heading in the right direction. i think that's got to be what we start focusing on. >> how big a factor is the tea party? you've got a huge new class. 60 member new class of republicans. how important is the tea party as a factor in what you do? >> well, it certainly is a factor, but let me make a little distinction. there's the tea party itself and then tea party-minded people. a lot of people who are maybe not out in a rally waving a flag, don't try it on me flag, but they're concerned about the debt that's being, you know, amassed and the direction we're going. so i think we've got to be dealing with both sides of that as we're moving forward and, again, i think that goes back to soft the confidence. people don't have a confidence that the -- the government, whether it's it's local, state or federal government is really
