i would say this and this is a very positive statement, there is no oil flowing into the gulf of mexico. we have successfully shut in this well, we have had stability since the 15th of july and we have something we have not had before, we have the trade space to really consider alternatives in less than a high pressure situation to allow us to really do the right thing in relation to killing this well. we also need to be concerned about preserving evidence for the investigation that's going on as well. >> that was admiral thad allen a short time ago saying the well has not been killed and they really need to continue drilling the well for the so-called bottom kill. bobby jindal is talking about a meeting he just had with bp officials. the topic is the state of the oil cap and the efforts ongoing.
