credible is the witness? what this logistics director basically said in this revised statement or the statement they're claiming to be revised is that michael jackson was being resuscitated by dr. murray. the logistics person, alberto alvarez came in the room. dr. murray basically handed over cpr duties to him so that he could get rid of some of these vials containing what we would think are propofol and other drugs. another thing that alvarez said in the statement that's of interesting with he said that after jackson was pronounced dead at the hospital, conrad murray wanted to go back to the house to get rid of a cream that would implicate michael jackson in some way. he doesn't go into details. he said he wouldn't take him back to the house and that matter resolved itself. it's a lot of changing stories here. that's not going to look good for him as a witness. however, it does poke one more hole in dr. murray's case. and his team is going to have to fight extra hard to clear his name. >> msnbc's, courtney, thanks for the update.
