so, i think you're going to see a lot of conversation today about that, about a more targeted approach to creating jobs in the african-american community. with the hispanic caucus, there will be more concern there about immigration reform. >> it's funny. i've been talking all along with a lot of very, very senior democrats, including members of the senate. they say they don't get their calls and letters returned, so it's not surprising that members of the house, when you've got 435 members, are also sharing the same complaints. one of the things that you mentioned in your piece is that valerie jarrett -- they feel that valerie jarrett doesn't return their calls, has rescheduled meetings, not held lunch with them. they just don't feel loved. >> exactly. let's face it. that's part of the washington way. there's got to be some ego stroking. there's got to be some pats on the back. they're not feeling that. for valerie jarrett, she's not the official point person for the cbc, but certainly functions as the unofficial spokesperson.
