history. well, more warnings this morning about dangerous bacteria in the waters around florida. public health investigators in sarasota say one person died and another person became ill with a flesh-eating bacteria. they say both of the victims had pre-existing medical conditions. but they are warning people not to eat raw oysters and to avoid the water if they have open cuts. well, steady rain in the southwest is finally starting to let up after days of dangerous flash flooding and mudslides. the storms are being blamed for at least one death in colorado. many families are now digging through their muddy belongings. here is more from abc's clayton sandell. >> reporter: the rivers are rising in the tiny colorado town of lyons and they're holding their breath. two days of heavy rains in a place still trying to recover from historic flooding. >> the river came right through. >> reporter: a wall of water 10 months ago took out most of the homes in linda hubbard's neighborhood including hers. 2/3 of her neighbors are gone. >> they may or may not come back.
