this is "world news now" with john muller and diana perez. good morning. we begin this half-hour in cleveland where the man suspected of holding the three young women captive is to be formally charged. ariel castro faces multiple counts of kidnapping and rape. >> police will not go into detail about what happened inside the house. we are learning much more about the suspect. here's abc's alex perez. >> reporter: this is what the house where ariel castro allegedly held three women hostage, looked like in 2009. boarded up, shades drawn. learning more about what happened during the time the women were missing and the double life their alleged captor led. look closely at the video from 2008 when all three girls were missi missing, the startling police dash cam video shows castro riding into a gas station. he gets off his motorcycle and is approached by an officer. >> see your driver's license. >> excuse me? >> see your driver's license, please. >> what's wrong? >> you don't have a helmet on.
