prices, in meat prices and food prices. i tried to get an airline ticket last week, bill, to take a summer vacation later this summer and i saw sticker shock. prices had gone up by 50%. this is a real hardship for lower and middle income people and seniors who are living on fixed incomes. i call it the biden tax. >> bill: okay, justin, what about the biden tax? as you answer that this is what kroger said. we're seeing as i think would be consistent across the industry some increasing cost load starting to flow through in grocery. gas 56%, used cars 30%, laundry 27, airfare, 24. there are signs it is real. how do you see it? >> kroger also said that on average they're having an expectation of 1 or 2% next year but really not that bad. some prices are going up a lot faster. that's what your graphic shows.
