was it a fair question and how do you think the answer went? >> it's fair to ask any president that, but there's no question that president trump is the most transparent, honest, forthright president we've ever had. >> harris: why do you say that? >> he overcommunicates, almost to his detriment. he goes to twitter, he speaks directly to the american people without any filter, without going through a surrogate and that's powerful and that's really largely unprecedented in american history with the president. and in working back from there, embedded in the very question or the criticism of the president is -- there's a problem. the political media in this country has been totally dishonest and they've attacked the president, they've slandered him, they've compared him to hitler, they've incited violence against members of congress so the idea that the media doesn't share blame in this, it's disengeingenuous. we need to have a conversation
