the military move. what do you think? >> we've been struggling for years and years and we have a president doing something about it. with the caravan coming our border patrol will need all the resources they can get to make sure that they don't illegally cross in. >> bill: what about the cooperation on behalf of the mexican government? here is what i see. the first caravan you aren't getting a lot to dissuade them. the second caravan was a whole different matter as they moved through a river apparently. reports that mexican police got in their way to stop them. i think if you marry that idea with the thought about the u.s. military going to the border, you have two deterrents sending a message to migrants on the move. is that possibly the strategy here, sir? >> absolutely. i think the president has talked to the president of mexico and they are at least doing something. and i think as people hear about this in central america it does create a deterrent both
