rosenstein should be fired. in fact he should have been fired months ago. we really didn't need a bombshell "the new york times" report outlining memos from 2017 to tell us that this guy probably didn't have the best intentions when he took his post. there was a reason that congress have put together articles of impeachment. we knew that something was up when the inspector general reports came out from the doj. so of course the president is well within his right to fire rod rosenstein but i don't think that's the question, ed. the question is what is jeff sessions going to do about this? this is his number two, this is his guy. it occurred under his watch. this is his department. so what is jeff sessions going to do? >> well, boyd, that's a good question which is that it seems to a lot of republicans, starting with the president himself, that jeff sessions has been asleep at the switch. >> yeah. and i think for both secretary sessions and for rosenstein, i think this is much more a question about when to do something as opposed to what to
