successful and innovative and impressive, i think, break people in a lot of silicon valley. but the overwhelming majority of the people we let in have limited skill and low education money and no money. they are the poor of the world. that is the overall majority of the people we let in. why not decide we want to let in every software engineer around the world or every physician or every physicist? why in a post industrial country where we letting in majority people with low skills? >> because like we have said in the past, like we have discussed in the past, he is wanted in the country. the jobs are being offered to the people. that is why they are coming to the u.s. you can build a wall, beautiful big wall throughout that 2,000- mile border and 100 feet after that wall you will have a big sign that says, "help wanted" so people will still come and try to do the jobs. >> tucker: you are making the case for big business again that they shouldn't have to pay american level wages. >> not just big businesses. small and medium companies are hiring the people.
