safeguarding our american homeland, we need to be able to protect against gang members that are coming in from other countries. we need to be able to protect against human trafficking that happens over our borders every day. we need to stop the gun runners from bringing their goods in from other countries. there are so many things that we need ice to do. and i can't imagine all of these other lawmakers from the other side of the aisle that are demanding the accomplishment of it. >> harris: well, and i'm looking at my notes here, too. we were talking about sarah's law and where it is, it goes to the judiciary committee now. and we just had a couple of house members on so i know that these topics are heated on the hill and it can be kind of tough. but you have been going since january 2017 with this and so hopefully there will be some movement in your journey with sarah's law. i want to talk just real quickly about the particulars with rivera. a judge set bond at 50,000. a relative then -- not
