the culture, bureaucracy and the nature. it's a huge place and when you talk about the things that would naturally occur in veterans health care, a walk-in clinic, access to health care closer to home, these are things of the va has traditionally thought about in terms of big buildings and big cities. big hospitals in big cities, not necessarily within the best interest of the veteran. in this case, the mission act, the things that is replacing choice, changes how the veteran can access health care not to the number of miles were a number of days it takes to get service. but here is the key, what's in the best interest of the veteran? that should be the standard all along. it's surprising as you look at things in the va that that has not been the case from the very beginning. >> harris: he obviously had lots of support in the audience, i wonder if there are those who are disappointed that the va reform is in moving faster, though. do you sense that they are? >> i would think that's the case. i'm worried that if it's not intimate to correctly, the
