and the same facility can't provide abortions and also provide family-planning services. they can comply with it. if they don't want to there are 221 health centers that are not planned parenthood available that can get the funding. not a dime will be cut, not a service will be cut. >> number one, planned parenthood does not use taxpayer dollars for abortion. you talk to planned parenthood, they would tell you our funds are already tangled, which is one of the mechanism. they are saying the money we use for abortions are private dollars, not federal money, not tax money because that is against the law, that breaks the amendment. what you are saying here is if you are a woman and you have to make the hardest choice in the world, and you go to your doctor and you decide to have a conversation about making this choice, your doctor can say if i could advise when this, but i'm sorry, i can't go any further than that. you have to go see somebody els else. if you are a poor woman the doctor cannot. >> the doctor can tell you about it but they can't refer your form it and they can't perform
