of questions during a photoop with his top military brass and we're back now with the panel. one thought about a possible storm is that the president may and in fact is expected to announce this week that he will decertify the iran deal, say it is no longer in the national interests, but that doesn't end the deal. it then goes to congress, and the congress has 60 days to decide whether or not they are going to reimpose the sanctions that were lifted as part of the deal, and if they don't do that, then guess what? we're still in the deal which raises the question, gillian, what would that do, he decertifies but the sanctions stay lifted what would that accomplish? >> it is sort of middle ground for the president which is why maybe he's going to go in this direction. it is a middle ground in that it doesn't kill the deal, but it passes the buck to congress. so the first reason i think the president is not going to recertify is that he enjoys nothing more than passing the buck to congress, making them make these hard decisions, like we saw with daca.
