documentary. what did they get wrong? >> well, they forgot all of the state's side of the case, at least those things that dispelled any concept of planting evidence or conspiracy. judge, i don't care if they put a defense advocacy piece out there. it's well done for what it is. if you call it a documentary you better put the things inconsistent with the conclusion that it is you're trying to -- >> give me the example. give me an example of what is inconsistent with the way they present the evidence. >> they never tell the viewers that the victim's camera or cell phone were found burned on from avery's burn barrel on the other side of his yard. they don't talk about the dna on the hood latch underneath the victim's car.
